Kickboxing for self-defence, general fitness, or for competition..

All levels are welcome. We offer non-contact & contact training, specialising in technique.

Train with the current Womens EFC bantamweight, and former Flyweight champion- Amanda ’Maddog’ Lino.

 

Kickboxing is a high-intensity combat sport and fitness activity that combines elements of boxing and martial arts, involving punches, kicks, and strikes.

Kickboxing has become my passion, its not just about punching and kicking. It's an art of self defence, it strengthens your body & mind. Ive had the privilege of learning different techniques from world class coaches and continue to learn so i can share my knowledge, passion and skills with others.
