REBOUND WARRIORS

Rebound exercise, performed on a mini-trampoline known as a rebounder, is a low-impact aerobic activity.

Rebounding offers a variety of significant benefits. Physically, it provides an excellent cardiovascular workout, improving heart health and lung capacity and strengthening the pelvic floor while increasing circulation. It is also ideal for those with injuries as it does not put any stress on the joints.

The rhythmic bouncing also engages numerous muscle groups, strengthening the legs, core, and even the upper body. Rebounding is known to enhance balance, coordination, and flexibility, making it an ideal exercise for individuals of all ages.

Additionally, it stimulates the lymphatic system, which helps with detoxification and immune system support. From a mental perspective, rebound exercise is fun and enjoyable, which can contribute to stress reduction and an improved mood.

Overall, rebounding is a highly effective, low-impact yet high-cardio exercise that can boost both physical and mental well-being, making it a valuable addition to a fitness routine.

YOUR TRAINER

Rebounding is so underrated!!!! I absolutely love this form of exercising. You get an incredible cardiovascular and core workout, add some lights and music, and bounce away to a healthier you.

It honestly has numerous benefits, and it adds an energetic and social way to burn some serious calories. I include bands, Pilates balls, weights, weighted skipping ropes and even kettlebells into the classes and my clients can’t get enough! As one lady put it, “I just feel so happy after a bounce class”.

It's an absolute must, you will love it.
